Job summary

Leek Building Society is recruiting an IT Technical Engineer to manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, deliver secure IT services, and support digital workplace improvements. You will work a hybrid pattern with 2 days weekly at the Leek Head Office and remote time, joining a team focused on reliability and user experience.

Responsibilities include incident handling, change support, health checks, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Windows Server 2022/2025 administration including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and identity management.
• Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line technical support to internal customers and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests and problems; document root cause.
• Implement changes and support release activities in line with change management.
