We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role requiring regular attendance at our Regional Support Office in Warwick (minimum three days per week). Please note that the office will relocate to a new site in Coventry in September 2026.
This role sits within a structured internal technical function and is responsible for the design, escalation support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s IT infrastructure estate. You will operate as an escalation point, working across a broad technology stack, including Microsoft and Azure cloud platforms, and contributing to both business-as-usual operations and strategic project delivery.
