Job summary

Netbox Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Kent team on a hybrid basis. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, build and manage client relationships, and win new business with support from resourcers.

The desk has strong revenue potential, historically generating 140k-250k in annual billings, with an OTE of 45,000+ in Year 1 and a competitive basic salary plus expenses. This is a genuine opportunity to grow earnings and career.

Qualifications

• Experienced in managing the full recruitment process.
• Proven track record of building relationships and generating revenue.
• Commercially driven with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client relationships
• Win new business through proactive BD
• Build and manage your candidate network
• Take vacancies from brief through to placement
• Develop long-term client and candidate relationships
• Attend client meetings and networking events
• Take ownership of desk, market and revenue
• Work with resourcers to support candidate attraction
