Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Market Drayton to join our UK-based Technical Support Operations team. You’ll deliver skilled 2nd line IT support across a fast-paced manufacturing environment, on-site and remotely, ensuring excellent user experience and ongoing service improvements.

You’ll work with Microsoft 365, Windows devices and workplace services, collaborating with colleagues to maintain security, documentation and high service quality.

Qualifications

• 2nd line IT support experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies and end-user devices.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd line IT support, resolving incidents with a customer-first approach.
• Investigate issues and keep users informed through resolution.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows devices and workplace services.
• Provide hands-on IT support across Müller sites and build stakeholder relationships.
• Manage end-user devices lifecycle including deployment and asset management.
• Contribute to IT projects, rollouts and service improvements.
• Maintain documentation, security, compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security and partners to deliver reliable IT services.
• Support security initiatives, patching and compliance requirements.
