Müller Group is hiring a Technical Support Analyst in Market Drayton to join our UK-based Technical Support Operations team. You will deliver 2nd line IT support, working across Microsoft 365, Windows devices and mobility, both remotely and on-site, with a strong emphasis on customer service and incident resolution.

Formación

• 2nd line IT support experience in a fast-paced business.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies and end-user devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Willingness to travel between Müller sites and participate in an out-of-hours rota.
• UK driving licence holder and proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 2nd line IT support with a customer-first approach.
• Own issues from initial investigation to resolution and update users.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows devices and workplace services.
• Provide hands-on IT support across Müller sites and build strong relationships.
• Manage end-user devices throughout their lifecycle and assets.
• Contribute to IT projects, rollouts and improvements.
• Maintain documentation, security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure and Security teams and partners.
• Assist with security initiatives and patching activities.
