MBDA UK is launching a Hardware-in-the-Loop Engineer Graduate Programme for 2027. The role focuses on integrating real hardware with simulations to validate missile systems. You will work on subsystems, develop HWIL simulations, and gain hands‑on experience across electronics and software in a global defence setting.

The programme runs 2 years with salary reviews, a joining bonus, pension, and generous leave. The role is hybrid/onsite in a high-security environment requiring BPSS checks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field to a minimum 2:2.
• Basic Matlab/Simulink or software development experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HWIL experiments and simulations for missile subsystems.
• Develop test software and analyse results to support missile development.
