Pitkin & Ruddock in Hertfordshire is seeking a skilled Technical Sales & Project Engineer to drive growth, act as the technical sales presence, and manage projects from enquiry to completion. You’ll develop opportunities across installation, service and maintenance, build strong customer relationships, and advise on system design and equipment selection.

Qualifications

Experience in a technical sales role within HVAC is essential.
Knowledge of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems is required.
Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
Proven project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Developing new and existing business opportunities across installation, service, and maintenance agreements.
Building strong customer relationships, advising on system design, and selecting the right equipment.
Managing the full project lifecycle from enquiry to final handover.
Coordinating with engineers, sub-contractors, and colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery.
Monitoring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction at every stage.
