Job summary

Pitkin & Ruddock Ltd is seeking a Senior Install Engineer to lead the installation team at our Bishop's Stortford branch. You will supervise on-site HVAC installations, mentor junior engineers, and ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standard.

Qualifications

Qualified refrigeration and/or air conditioning engineer (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent).
F-Gas Certification is essential.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site installation projects and supervise engineering teams.
Support and mentor junior engineers and trainees.
Ensure work is completed to the highest standard—on time, safely, and with pride.
Be a go-to technical resource across the business.
Liaise with clients and suppliers, representing Pitkin & Ruddock professionally.
