Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking a Technical Manager with a strong air conditioning background to lead our HVAC operations across Newcastle facilities. You will manage a team of engineers, drive performance, and ensure the reliability and energy efficiency of all systems.

This role requires hands-on leadership, extensive knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in air conditioning, HVAC, and facilities management.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in complex systems.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of air conditioning engineers to install, maintain and repair systems.
• Oversee system efficiency and regular testing.
• Drive energy efficiency and cost control while maintaining performance.
• Manage air conditioning installation and upgrade projects.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in HVAC operations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide long-term solutions.
