Job summary

Curve Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Manager in Newmarket to lead a growing HVAC team. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and small works across commercial and residential sites, coordinating engineers, resources and procurement to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires strong technical HVAC knowledge, leadership, client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs concurrently while developing client relationships and new business

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Client-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven project management from enquiry to delivery.
• Solid budgeting and cost control experience.
• Clear communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC installation, small works and maintenance projects across sites.
• Lead and support a team of HVAC engineers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare quotations, plan schedules, allocate resources, monitor budgets.
• Oversee procurement and handover through project completion.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Report progress to Directors and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
