Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Tyneside and the wider North East, blending maintenance, fault finding and AC installation/project works across commercial sites. You will travel between sites with a company van, perform planned and reactive maintenance on split and VRV/VRF systems, and support AC project installations.

Qualifications

• Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with mobile role experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance, fault finding and AC installations.
• Experience across commercial sites within PM and project works.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems.
• Attend reactive AC breakdowns and call-outs.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs on split and multi-split systems.
• Work on VRV and VRF systems and related HVAC equipment.
• Assist with AC installation projects and system upgrades.
• Complete refrigerant checks and maintain documentation.
