Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead a near-Lincoln engineering team in delivery of installation, service and maintenance with a strong emphasis on planning and performance. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight of projects and health and safety compliance.

You will work closely with directors and the wider management team to drive accountability, productivity and growth in a dynamic HVAC business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HVAC or building services engineering teams.
• Strong labour planning and resource management experience.
• Excellent communication with engineers, suppliers and clients.
• Commercial awareness and cost control impact understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers, supervisors and subcontractors across install, service and maintenance.
• Plan and allocate labour; manage short- to long-term resource plans.
• Monitor programmes, priorities and customer commitments.
• Improve utilisation, productivity and forward planning; remove blockers.
