Strong math skills and the ability to work independently with attention to detail are essential. Qualified candidates read SOWs and drawings, document activities clearly, and contribute to high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NEBB or AABC certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong math skills for balancing calculations.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, specs, and SOWs.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Test, adjust, and balance TAB HVAC systems to meet design specs.
• Inspect systems to verify compliance and identify issues.
