NetZero, a private mechanical and HVAC contractor, is seeking a senior leader to own and grow its Service & Maintenance division. You will oversee operations, lead a team of service engineers, and drive profitable growth through new and existing contracts.

You will combine deep HVAC technical credibility with strong commercial acumen to shape service delivery, pricing, and customer retention. This is a unique opportunity to build a substantial business division within a profitable contractor.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC knowledge across air conditioning, chillers, AHUs and mechanical services.
• Proven experience leading service engineers, maintenance contracts or service operations.
• Excellent commercial understanding of pricing, profitability and business development.
• Ability to make decisions independently and take accountability for results.
• Strong customer relationship and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow a division.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational and commercial performance of the Service & Maintenance division.
• Win new maintenance contracts and develop existing customer relationships to build recurring revenue.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of HVAC service engineers.
• Oversee planned maintenance, reactive repairs, servicing and breakdown support for commercial and domestic clients.
• Own quotations, pricing, budgets, profitability, resource planning and customer retention.
• Provide technical leadership across HVAC systems and broader mechanical building services.
• Collaborate with company directors to shape the division's growth strategy and long-term direction.
