Job summary

Streamline Services Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Manager to lead the launch of a new HVAC maintenance division within our established mechanical engineering group. You will shape the division's strategy, recruit and develop a team, and implement the systems and standards that ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of establishing and developing the HVAC maintenance division.
• Define division strategy, objectives and growth plans.
• Develop maintenance procedures, standards and service delivery processes.
• Recruit, lead and develop a team of HVAC engineers and support staff.
• Shape culture, structure and direction with autonomy.
• Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works across commercial HVAC systems.
• Manage engineer scheduling, resources, workloads and service delivery.
• Ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.
• Implement systems for tracking maintenance visits, job completion and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Division Development & Leadership

• Take ownership of establishing and developing the company's HVAC maintenance division.
• Work with senior management to define the division's strategy, objectives and growth plans.
• Develop operational procedures, maintenance standards and service delivery processes.
• Recruit, lead and develop a team of HVAC engineers and support staff as the division grows.
• Help shape the culture, structure and direction of the business, with the autonomy to make a real difference.

Operational Management

• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and remedial works across a portfolio of commercial HVAC systems.
• Manage engineer scheduling, resource allocation, workloads and service delivery.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
• Implement systems for tracking maintenance visits, job completion, outstanding remedials and equipment performance
