Job summary

Dynamite-Recruitment-Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Lancashire team. You’ll coordinate commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring engineers, subcontractors and clients are fully supported at every stage of the lifecycle.

The role requires strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Office suite.
• Experience with CAFM or job management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC and mechanical projects from start to finish.
• Prepare RAMS and ensure safety documentation.
• Schedule engineers, subcontractors and on-site activities.
• Track costs, progress and variations for projects.
• Assist with quotations, invoicing and procurement duties.
• Maintain project files, logs and documentation.
