Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead projects from design through commissioning and handover, based in Birmingham. The role requires a strong mechanical/HVAC background with proven client and subcontractor management, budgets and delivery oversight.

You will plan programmes, manage resources, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with clients, consultants and senior management to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC/mechanical engineering background
• HVAC project management experience
• Understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems
• Confident managing subcontractors and client relationships
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC or related qualification with significant experience

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
