Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover, with responsibility for budgets, timelines and quality across Reading and Bristol.

You will manage client and subcontractor relationships, coordinate installation teams, ensure H&S and compliance, and produce project documentation for successful handover.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC / mechanical engineering background.
• Previous HVAC project management experience.
• Good understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical/HVAC background who is confident managing clients, subcontractors, budgets and project delivery.

The Role

• Manage HVAC projects from design through to completion

About You

• Strong HVAC / mechanical engineering background
• Previous HVAC project management experience
• Good understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems
• Confident managing subcontractors and client relationships
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC or relevant vocational qualification and significant experience

• SMSTS / SSSTS
• NEBOSH or equivalent
• AutoCAD experience
