Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer, HVAC, for remote work in the UK. You’ll manage the end-to-end post-order process, coordinating with factories and suppliers, and provide proactive customer communication throughout delivery.

You will liaise with Sales, Project Management and Finance to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing forecasts and a smooth handover from order receipt to final delivery, including tender support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales or project delivery in HVAC/building services.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of tender enquiries and post-order handover.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers to UK&I Data Centre team for standard and complex orders.
• Coordinate manufacturing, logistics and commissioning activities.
• Support sales with customer enquiries and tender bids.
• Engage clients, consultants and designers for detailed selections.
• Manage end-to-end post-order process from receipt to delivery.
• Review and approve Technical Submittals with Projects team.
