Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to manage post-order processes and provide technical support to UK&I Data Centre teams. You will coordinate with factories, suppliers, and customers to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.

You will engage with clients, consultants, and designers on complex orders, review technical submittals, and drive seamless post-sale handover while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical sales or project delivery role in HVAC/building services.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams including sales, project delivery or operations.
• Strong understanding of tender enquiries, technical submittals and post-order handover.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end post-order process from order receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers and customers to ensure accurate order processing.
• Engage with clients, consultants and designers for detailed selections.
• Review technical submittals with the project management team and liaise with delivery teams.
• Act as main post-sale contact, providing proactive communication and support.
