Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Manager to lead our service delivery across client sites in the United Kingdom. You will drive performance, safety, and reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance programs.

In this role you will supervise technicians, oversee day-to-day contracts, manage budgets and resources, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• HVAC qualifications, safety training, and possibly gas/electrical certifications depending on region.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster professional growth.
• Clear and professional interaction with clients, contractors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HVAC technicians and maintenance staff, coaching and developing employees.
• Oversee day-to-day service and maintenance contracts across client sites, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage HVAC and gas systems maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare quotes, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating maintenance schedules and project updates.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations and keep compliant records.
