Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead site-based activities across the UK. You will oversee multi-disciplined engineering execution teams and subcontractors, driving on-time delivery of HVAC engineered solutions and ensuring safe handovers and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HVAC projects from start to finish with budgets and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and site safety governance.
• Ability to read P&ID drawings and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based execution across the UK, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams and subcontractors, including procurement and logistics.
• Oversee health and safety reporting and performance evaluations on site.
