Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee residential, commercial, and new construction installs
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to prevent delays
• Lead multiple install crews and set clear expectations
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time, on-budget completion
• Uphold safety policies and quality standards on every jobsite
• Represent Carolina HVAC and Electrical with professionalism
