Carolina HVAC and Electrical is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead our install teams on residential, commercial, and new construction projects. You will drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery while coaching technicians and coordinating logistics.

• Inspect jobs during and after installation to ensure top-notch quality

Run the Jobsite Like a Pro

Winning looks like: Jobs finished on time, on budget, and without chaos.

• Plan, schedule, and oversee residential, commercial, and new construction installs
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower so crews aren’t waiting around
• Keep SKUs streamlined while maintaining quality
• Monitor progress daily and pivot when needed
• Manage large and multi-phase projects from walkthrough to final completion

Build, Lead & Motivate Crews
