D&L HVAC & Sheet Metal in Florence, SC is hiring a driven Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead our local team. You will coach technicians, coordinate service work, and drive quality, safety, and efficiency on commercial HVAC projects.

Candidates should have 5+ years of building service experience, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, EPA Universal certification, and a valid driver’s license.
