Trane Technologies in the UK is seeking a Service Technician – Unitary to deliver high-quality service and technical support across the country. The role involves travel to customer sites, performing planned maintenance and repairs on rooftop packaged units in line with maintenance contracts.

You will diagnose issues, work with cutting-edge software and tools, and maintain strong customer relationships. A valid UK driving license and certifications are required for nationwide coverage.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in service or field-based technician role.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
• UK Driver's license and right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and customer site visits.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, hire and commissioning workloads (national UK coverage).
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate with Service desk, Sales and Operations to share key customer insights and drive improvements.
• Use diagnostic software and hand-tools to diagnose and repair rooftop HVAC units on site.
