Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer for a temporary assignment at a large logistics facility in Ellistown, Coalville. The role covers planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across HVAC and building services, with hours 08:00–16:57, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

You will work within a team of engineers, ensure compliance with site procedures and safety standards, and pass site clearance checks. Immediate start through 25 May 2026.

Qualifications

• HVAC qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Experience in commercial/industrial/logistics facilities.
• Strong experience with PPM schedules and reactive maintenance.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a site-based engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and air handling systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and system faults.
• Diagnose and repair faults across heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Work alongside other engineering and maintenance personnel on site.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed in line with site procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and system checks.
