Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to support maintenance of HVAC and air conditioning systems at a large Northamptonshire site. The role is site-based, full-time, with an initial temp-to-perm pathway and an immediate start.

The successful candidate will have strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ equivalents, and F-Gas Category I certification. The position offers progression within a Facilities Management environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC engineering experience in maintenance, fault-finding and diagnostics.
• F-Gas Category I certification and City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ equivalents.
• Experience in planned preventative and reactive maintenance within commercial/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Undertake reactive maintenance and respond to faults and service requests promptly.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs to ensure reliable operation.
