Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer for a temporary assignment at a large logistics facility in Ellistown, Coalville. The role covers planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across HVAC and building services, with hours 08:00–16:57, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

You will work within a team of engineers, ensure compliance with site procedures and safety standards, and pass site clearance checks. Immediate start through 25 May 2026.

Qualifications

• HVAC qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Experience in commercial/industrial/logistics facilities.
• Strong experience with PPM schedules and reactive maintenance.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a site-based engineering team.

Responsibilities

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:57 (40 hours per week)

Contract: Temporary Assignment – Immediate Start to 25 May 2026

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to support facilities maintenance operations within a large logistics and warehouse environment in the Coalville area.

The role will involve carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across HVAC systems and associated building services equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and air handling systems

Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and system faults

Diagnose and repair faults across heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Work alongside other engineering and maintenance personnel on site

Ensure maintenance activities are completed in line with site procedures and safety standards

Maintain accurate records of completed work and system checks

Essential Skills and Experience

Recognised HVAC qualification – Level 3 or above

Previous experience working within commercial, industrial, or logistics facilities environments

Strong experience with PPM schedules and reactive maintenance

Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability

Ability to work effectively within a team-based engineering environment

Security Requirements

Due to site requirements, successful candidates will be required to pass site clearance checks prior to starting.
