Alecto Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to cover commercial sites across the North West. This mobile role requires strong background in commercial air conditioning and HVAC maintenance with a competitive salary and clear development opportunities.

You will perform planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault finding on a range of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while building solid customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with VRF, VRV and split systems.
• Good fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• F Gas qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional approach and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Working on VRF, VRV and split systems.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs.
• Completing planned maintenance visits and reactive callouts.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations.
• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Salary: 40,000 to 48,000 basic

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join an established engineering business covering commercial sites across the North West.

This is a mobile role suited to an engineer with a strong background in commercial air conditioning and HVAC maintenance, looking for a stable position with a competitive salary and opportunities to develop.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial HVAC systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial air conditioning and HVAC equipment.

• Working on VRF, VRV and split systems.

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs.

• Completing planned maintenance visits and reactive callouts.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working as an HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer.
