You should have a relevant NVQ in air conditioning, F-Gas certification, and a full driving licence. The position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 DOE and a 40-hour week with travel costs paid after 30 minutes each way.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in air conditioning is not essential.
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) required.
• Full Driving Licence is required.
• Experience with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair.
• Live in the North West.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, fault find and repair HVAC equipment for clients.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with team for installation projects and on-site service.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

HVAC Engineer required in the North West for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.

Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more.

HVAC Engineer - Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary up to 45,000 DOE
• Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
• Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - Up to 3,600 tax free
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• 40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
• On call allowance (1 in 4/5, 1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door)
