Looking for your next big opportunity in the HVAC world? Our client is on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager who's ready to take ownership of exciting projects and make a real impact.

This role places you at the heart of HVAC operations, overseeing projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include organizing teams, liaising with suppliers, ensuring on-site safety, and collaborating with the M&E and Interiors divisions for larger, multi-trade projects.

A Day in the Life Might Include:

1. Preparing accurate and competitive quotes for HVAC works
2. Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and contractors to align project goals
3. Organising labour, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth operations
4. Visiting sites regularly to monitor progress and address changes
5. Building strong relationships with clients and team members
6. Monitoring project costs and performance to enhance profitability
7. Managing site safety and compliance, including risk assessments and H&S planning

What You Bring to the Table:

• NVQ Level 3 in HVAC (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A proactive approach, able to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence
