Mitie Ireland is a leading facilities management and professional services company operating in Northern Ireland. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, BMS controls, and related building services to ensure client sites run reliably and efficiently.

You will identify and address reactive and preventative maintenance needs, log tasks via the helpdesk, and collaborate with the client and line management to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Time-served HVAC technician with post-apprenticeship experience and FGAS/ODS regulatory knowledge.
• City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ or equivalent in HVAC/Engineering.
• Experience with M&E servicing and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain and repair facility plant and equipment.
• Identify reactive and remedial maintenance and log tasks with the helpdesk.
• Carry out diagnostic and fault finding on plant and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date assets registers and submit change requests for new assets.
• Provide continuous improvement and ensure compliance with SLA’s for PPM and reactive tasks.
• Work across electrical, mechanical and building services activities as assigned.
