Job summary

Mitie Ireland is a leading facilities management and professional services company, delivering technical services, security, cleaning and energy solutions across clients in the region. The role requires an air conditioning/HVAC technician with solid post-apprenticeship experience and strong fault-finding abilities.

Typical duties include safe maintenance of plant, proactive fault diagnosis, and effective coordination with helpdesk and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5 years post-apprenticeship HVAC experience.
• Time-served apprenticeship in HVAC.
• FGAS & ODS regulations knowledge.
• Proficient in BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain and repair facility plant and equipment.
• Identify reactive maintenance and log tasks with helpdesk.
• Maintain asset registers and update change requests.
• Comply with PPM and Reactive Task SLA's.
• Carry out electrical, mechanical and building services tasks.
• Work with 3rd party contractors and site permits.
