Location: Greater London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

TGRC is seeking an HV Transformer Site Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer of HV electrical equipment. The company specializes in developing core technologies for future electrical grids and has expanded its presence across Europe, securing contracts with TSOs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical construction, transformer installation, service, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation and commissioning activities to ensure high productivity, efficient work practices, and compliance with NG & SPEN policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-site surveys before commencing work.
• Hold online and on-site meetings with clients and installers.
• Assess and manage safety hazards, ensuring all team members are aware of potential risks.
• Manage control documents including RAMS, ITP, STP, site work program, and HSE documentation per UK standards and client specifications.
• Set goals for the site team and oversee projects to completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address hazards promptly.
