Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems (RES) is seeking a Coordinator for HV Services to support daily operations from a home-based role. You will help schedule works, manage invoicing, quotations and quality control, and maintain CMMS records. The position reports to the Operations Manager (HV Services).

The ideal candidate has previous senior admin or coordination experience, is highly organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced renewables environment. Some travel for meetings and events may be required.

Qualifications

• Senior administrative or coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and self-motivated approach.
• Experience in renewables is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly needs of the HVS team.
• Raise and close work orders; manage quotes for small works.
• Invoicing, procurement and stock management.
• Support travel, PPE, and CMMS records; assist reporting tasks.
