Job summary

RES is seeking a HV Projects Manager to lead high voltage projects across the UK. Working from home with regular travel to RES offices and sites, you will manage project plans, safety, and performance of HV assets alongside a growing HV O&M team.

The role requires HV authorisations, strong project management experience and commercial awareness. The successful candidate will contribute to service improvements and client relations across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial and contractual project management.
• Experience planning and running HV projects and minor works.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Project-specific activities: develop plans, manage HV equipment installations, liaise with manufacturers, coordinate cross-boundary projects.
• System performance: monitor equipment, analyse data, investigate faults, maintain records and regulatory reports.
• Business development: maintain stakeholder relationships, provide technical advice, attend industry events.
• General activities: conduct audits, identify process improvements, review maintenance reports, prepare risk assessments and safe systems of work.
