Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for a Stator Winder on a 6 month rolling contract based in Warwickshire. You'll be winding multi-MW HV machines used in energy, industrial and marine applications.

The role requires proven stator winding experience on MV/HV motors or generators, hands-on coil insertion, brazing experience, and the ability to read engineering drawings while following quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven stator winding experience on MV/HV motors or generators.
• Hands-on coil insertion and winding work, not just prep.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fitting slot liners and inserting form-wound coils.
• Wedging and packing.
• End-winding bracing and blocking.
• Brazing connections (induction and flame).
• Connecting and cabling.
• Working to engineering drawings and quality procedures.

Skills
