Qualifications

• Experience supervising engineering teams and mentoring staff.

• Coordinate end-to-end test delivery for battery systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality outputs.
• Support planning and coordination of test activities.
• Review and assess feasibility of incoming test requests.
• Champion best practices in test documentation.
• Track and communicate team KPIs to leadership.
