Ideal candidates should possess an HND in Engineering or equivalent, have automotive experience, and be flexible for business travel. The salary ranges from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum with a rolling shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive engineering, automotive repair, or heavy truck electronics.
• Willingness to achieve SC clearance and undergo a criminal record check.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate battery testing facilities.
• Conduct basic facility breakdown diagnostics.
• Operate basic tests of automation set up and configuration.
• Ensure operational procedures are in place and followed.

Skills

Knowledge of electrical automotive high voltage

Ability to complete mechanical assembly

Ability to read and understand schematics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education

HND in Engineering or equivalent
