Contechs Consulting is seeking a Battery Test & Diagnostics Engineer to support high-voltage battery and power-system commissioning, diagnostics, validation and fault resolution on prototype and production builds. You will independently isolate complex failures in battery hardware, BMS, and test systems, driving corrective actions and robust test coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with HV battery packs and BMS fault/protection strategies.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose HV battery pack, BMS and power-system faults across contactors, pre-charge, HVIL, insulation monitoring and sensors.
• Interpret CAN/XCP logs, schematics and test data to isolate hardware or software faults.
• Lead systematic fault investigations from hypothesis to verification of resolution.
• Develop diagnostic routines and test procedures to support investigation and validation.
• Collaborate with design, validation and manufacturing teams to agree engineering fixes.
