Job summary

TVF Fire Protection, part of the LS Fire Group, are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the South East. You will own a full prospecting lifecycle from initial outreach through proposal to order, and handover to operations on completion.

The role requires a hunter mentality, strong outbound skills, and the ability to travel across the region with a UK driving licence. Fire protection knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating and winning new B2B business through proactive prospecting.
• Strong lead-generation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience building and managing a multi-stage sales pipeline.
• Commercial awareness including revenue, margin and profitable growth.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new organisations aligned with growth strategy.
• Build a consistent pipeline through outbound calling and campaigns.
• Arrange customer meetings, site visits and presentations with decision-makers.
• Identify multi-service and longer-term contract opportunities.
• Work with technical/operational teams to develop proposals.
• Negotiate opportunities while protecting revenue and margins.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Dynamics 365.
• Produce forecasts and actions for opportunities.
• Handover to Operations after new business secured.
