Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in consultation with HR management.
  2. Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  3. Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absenteeism; report discrepancies.
  4. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems (e.g., HRIS).
  5. Prepare HR reports and assist with labor law compliance audits.
  6. Ensure all HR practices comply with IHG policies and Qatar labor regulations.
  7. Liaise with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  8. Provide information on benefits and entitlements to employees.

Ideally, you'll possess some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and tech-savviness
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work within a large and diverse team
