• Salary - Up to £55,000 pa depending on experience
• Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

Inspired Learning Group is seeking to appoint a HR Service Centre Manager. This role within the Human Resources team involves leading the daily operations of the HR centre to ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient, and consistent HR services to employees and managers.

The successful candidate will oversee the team handling employee inquiries, HR processes, and transactional activities, while driving continuous improvement, technology optimisation, and service excellence.

With headquarters in Stanmore, ILG owns and operates 30 independent schools and nurseries across the UK. Inspired Learning Group is one of the UK's largest groups of independent senior schools, preparatory schools, and nurseries. We pride ourselves on supporting each institution to achieve excellence and inspire students to reach their full potential.

You will join the Head Office team, which provides support to enable high-quality educational outcomes. As HR Service Centre Manager, reporting to the Head of HR, you will maintain high standards across HR functions, support growth initiatives, lead operational excellence, and integrate new settings into the HR model. You will leverage technology and data to monitor trends and improve performance.

We seek an excellent communicator with strong HR knowledge who can motivate and lead a team, fostering a positive working environment with stakeholders across ILG.

Experience in HR operations or shared services is essential; experience within educational settings is not required.
