As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager:

• Responsible for the adoption of a cultural transformation towards operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and lean methodologies to eliminate waste while ensuring safety, service, cost efficiency, and environmental standards.
• Implement change to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement at all levels of the operation.
• Ensure targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are consistently met.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities are seized.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure confidence and connectivity in service provision.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including adherence to O licence requirements.
