As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager

• Lead cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement and lean methodologies, focusing on safety, service, cost, and environmental impact.
• Implement change to foster a safety-first and improvement-oriented culture across all levels of the operation.
• Ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are met.
• Enhance employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, mitigating risks and capitalising on opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure confidence and satisfaction in service delivery.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including the maintenance of the O licence.
