Job Opportunity: HR Officer in Coventry

Are you looking for an exciting new role as an HR Officer based in Coventry? Ashley Kate is supporting a growing business in recruiting a permanent HR Officer to support their industrial site.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location & Working Hours: Fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Hours may vary to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas.
  2. Implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Assist in employee relations and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  4. Support the wider HR team with various activities.
  5. Oversee performance appraisals and support employee development.
  6. Identify training needs across the workforce.
  7. Collaborate with payroll to resolve related queries.
  8. Generate HR data, metrics, and reports.
  9. Assist with recruitment processes including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
About You:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Officer role.
  • Qualified to CIPD Level or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
