Aylesford School is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the school's HR functions. The HR Manager will provide professional HR services across the school, including:
Candidates should have experience in recruitment procedures, employment terms and conditions, and possess strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills, discretion, confidentiality, and organizational abilities are essential. Previous experience in a school environment is advantageous. The successful applicant is expected to start in August 2025, with a minimum of 30 hours per week considered. The position is full-time (37 hours/week) but flexible options are available.
