Recruitment Operations and Compliance Professional

We have a fantastic opportunity with a large customer who is looking to grow their HR Team.

As HR Manager you will have an operational focus and you will lead a team of HR Advisors, ensuring the smooth and timely resolution of employee relations cases as well as ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include:

Ensuring compliant and balanced resolution of employment disputes
Oversee employee administration and system processes
Lead the design and delivery of training and coaching for line managers
Provide service metrics to internal stakeholders.

About you:

You will have worked in a large organisation and you will be an experienced CIPD qualified HR operator with sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
You will have solid experience analysing complex employment cases and advising on resolution strategies.
You will have have led an HR Team
You will be used to providing service reporting to internal stakeholders.
You will be skilled in identifying and implementing continual improvements in process
You will be comfortable with frequent travel to the company's other offices within the region
