Job Title: HR Manager

Location: London

Working Arrangement: Hybrid policy of 3 days a week in the London office

The firm

A prominent, growing international law firm known for fostering a distinctive and inclusive culture. A firm known for its respectful approach to work-life balance, and encourages their teams to share fresh ideas and approaches.

The role

A brand-new role for the London office to join a brilliantly friendly and hardworking HR team of 4. The HR Manager will report to the Associate Director of HR whilst working closely with the HR Specialist in London. The HR Manager will be a pivotal contact for business services employees and fee earners to support them with all HR related matters.

Some key points include:

  • The HR Manager needs to be used to the fast pace and high standards this firm thrives on.
  • This role will require someone to be very hands-on and not afraid to roll their sleeves up and support every member of the HR team.
  • This person will need to be adaptable as the firm is growing quickly, so the HR Manager needs to be able to embrace change and also support the lawyers and business services team through an exciting and evolving period.
  • This role will cover the full employee life cycle, including but not limited to: managing complex employee relations cases, business services recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, salary reviews, and global collaboration.

What do you need?

  • Minimum 5 years’ generalist HR experience within the legal sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine passion for HR and an enthusiastic and hardworking attitude.
  • Someone who is currently operating as an HR Manager or someone ready to take that next step up to HR Manager.
